Internet Grievance System (IGS). The IGS is a web-based grievance software utilized by both labor unions and management organizations with union and non-union workforce. Conflict Resolution Software (CRS). CRS is unlike any labor relations software. It is a complete SaaS cloud based tracking software for managing conflicts from beginning until they are settled. It utilizes a step-by-step approach to keep track of all conflicts in your organization and the ADR technique(s) that may be used (Mediation, Arbitration, etc.) to help settle the conflict or dispute.

After an incident is entered, an email is automatically sent to the supervisor of the person entering the incident. Reports are available to produce incident summary information, and track incidents that are awaiting review.

TrackAMember. The TrackAMember is an extension of the IGS or can be implemented as a stand-alone service. It is a web-based membership tracking system which allows you to upload data from existing databases and also download member data from the TrackAMember server.
